I have worked in intellectual property for more than 7 years. I do brand protection, domain disputes and copyright.
I can help you with trademarks and designs, with representation before the Czech and European offices and the Czech courts, with domain disputes, monitoring and enforcing your rights against infringers.
I have worked in Czech and Slovak law firms, in a legal tech startup and in the public sector.
How I work

I do not delegate the work. You can be sure I will handle your matter personally, and that you will always be dealing with me.

You will always know in advance what you are paying for and how much. For more complex matters, where a fixed fee is not possible, I give an estimate.

Price.
My usual hourly rate is 2,500 CZK. I am not registered for VAT.
